All day-use bookings must follow arrival and departure times agreed upon in writing.

Remaining balances may be due before check-in

If payment deadlines are missed, Assemble may release your dates.

You are responsible for the conduct of your group during your stay.

Lost or stolen items
Items left behind after checkout
Damage caused to personal property
Please secure valuables as needed.
By staying or hosting an event at Assemble Boise:
You may take personal photos and videos
Commercial photography requires written permission
We may occasionally capture general atmosphere photos for marketing, but never private meeting spaces without consent
We respect your privacy and your team’s confidentiality.
If you bring third-party vendors or facilitators:
They must follow all Assemble policies
Liability insurance may be required
Events must be approved in advance

By using our property or amenities, you agree that Assemble is not liable for:

Interruptions due to maintenance or repairs
