We have the Audio/Visual capabilities that are better than any full-service hotel and can host a board meeting, strategy session, or meeting for up to 16.
Our 1,000 sqft indoor space in the heart of Boise’s North End is the ideal location for an intimate social event or special gathering. It can host 30 people comfortably, has seating for meals, and a kitchen island for catering. The space is modular so we can work with your team to ensure it’s properly designed.
The 2,000 sqft outdoor space has a fully functional kitchen and 12-person dining area. Shade sails and trees provide shade during warmer days and three radiant heaters provide heat during colder weather. A 6′ x 6′ fireplace area is also available that can warm up a crow.
By renting the entire facility you will have it all to yourself, including a full open kitchen, a board room setup for up to 10 people, and several other gathering areas. The facility also includes an ADA-compliant bathroom.
With every booking, apart from the included coffee service, we can work with your team to cater any meal from one of our recommended partners or a location of your choice.
Our team will handle everything yours so that you can focus on planning a successful meeting. This includes coordinating all the logistics on-site, as well as coordinating with any experience purveyors you may want to retain.
Assemble Boise is located in a historic section of the North End in Boise, close to downtown, Hyde Park, and the trail system.
The venue features a large outdoor space with picnic table seating for outdoor meeting and dining.
Our rental includes access to high speed WiFi, a large screen TV with Apple TV (or HDMI hookup), whiteboard and flip charts.
