Purpose-built retreats for private board gatherings

Private venues for board of advisors to guide leaders

Create space for honest counsel and strategic clarity

Advisory boards work best when there’s trust, focus, and time away from distractions. Assemble gives founders and their advisors a purpose-built setting where candid conversations lead to clear direction—without the planning burden.
Hotels feel too transactional... uptight and sterile spaces
Limited space for confidential conversations that require both formality and comfort
Advisors often pulled into operational details instead of staying focused on guidance
Logistics—meals, transportation, retreat design—taking away from founder–advisor prep time
