Purpose-built retreats for private board gatherings

Purpose-built retreats for private board gatherings

Make room for better decisions. We’ll handle the rest.

Board meetings carry weight—strategic choices, financial oversight, and the relationships that guide an organization forward. Whether corporate or nonprofit, leaders need a setting that balances professionalism and privacy without forcing staff to juggle logistics.
Hotels feel impersonal... catering is bland... and room setups are basic
Limited options for groups that need both meeting space and overnight rooms
Planning logistics can distract staff or executives from preparing content
Concerns about confidentiality and discretion in traditional venues

A Board Retreat With Class and Value

Board retreats are booked as a full-property buyout at a set nightly rate, giving directors private access to all meeting spaces, rooms, and amenities. For day-only meetings, we host up to 16 participants with full use of board-level facilities. Overnight retreats accommodate up to 11 directors in private rooms, and if more space is needed, we coordinate with trusted local Airbnbs to house additional members. If you’d like meals or curated activities arranged, we can handle bookings with a 20% service fee. Packaged options are also available that bundle food, beverage, and experiences into one clear proposal.
