Leadership retreats are reserved as a full-property buyout at a set nightly rate, which covers all rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities. If you’d like support with meals or experiences, we’ll coordinate them with a 20% service fee. For a turnkey approach, we also offer packaged options that bundle food, beverage, and activities into one seamless plan.

Yes. We work with Chiefs of Staff and Ops leaders to align sessions, meals, and experiences around executive objectives.

Up to 16 for day meetings, or 11 overnight in private ensuite rooms. Additional overnight capacity can be arranged via trusted Airbnbs nearby.

Assemble is designed for executive retreats. Unlike hotels or Airbnbs, our venues combine professionalism, privacy, and flexibility so you can focus on outcomes.
