A Three-Day Retreat Flow That Balances Depth and Renewal

Our venue is designed so you can guide participants through a mix of movement, reflection, and restoration. The objective: create an immersive retreat where your clients feel supported in every way. Here is an idea for what your days could look like, but it’s totally up to you — we will work with you to bring your vision into reality.
Day 1: Arrivals, opening circle indoors, welcome dinner prepared onsite
Day 2: Sunrise yoga on the outdoor patio, morning workshop, catered lunch, hydrotherapy circuit in the afternoon, evening cacao or sound bath ceremony
Day 3: Morning meditation or breathwork, closing reflections indoors, farewell brunch, departures

Pricing With a Baked-in Margin

Wellness retreats are booked as a full buyout at a flat nightly rate, covering all rooms, meeting spaces, and amenities for your private use. You set your own participant pricing, and we keep your costs simple. If you’d like us to arrange catering or activities, we can manage bookings for a 20% service fee. Or, for an easy turnkey option, we offer packaged proposals that include food, beverage, and curated wellness experiences.

Our venues are best for 11 individuals or 17 if there are couples. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, giving guests privacy while keeping the group close. Rooms are complete soundproof with an acoustical rating of 60 STC.

Yes. Meeting spaces are flexible and can be cleared for yoga, breathwork, or ceremony-style gatherings.

The outdoor patio offers a dedicated 26′ x 15′ space that can be fully cleared for group yoga, meditation, or movement sessions.
